Cinnamon is great for diabetics because its ability to reduce blood sugar levels. It fights against cancer and heart disease. It lowers cholesterol, keeps the blood from clotting, and improves circulation.

The high levels of antioxidants help to get rid of all the free radicals in the body. Free radicals by the way are the number one cause for most, (if not all) diseases.
